drivers side door damages

So Iwas kind of sick this day.. Itook off work and slept all day. I woke up around 11pm and my girlfriend and I went to WalMart. I turn around and hit the arm button on my alarm and see what looks to be a scuff. I walk up closer and see that someone has backed into my door. Its creased about 4 times horizontally.. there is a 12" scuff in the paint and the rubber door guard strip holes that were filled are now busted open. Apparently this dumb old woman FROM THE SAME HOUSE AS ACCIDENT TWO did THE SAME DAMN THING. Needless to say, I don't park there anymore. This situation is still neck deep in bullshit.
